Our next monthly potluck social will be held after Mass on Sunday, September 27th. We hope to see you there!
Musicians Needed
Sung Masses will resume on October 4th, and our TLM choir is looking to recruit more singers for the choir, both male and female voices in all voice parts, and particularly men to sing in the schola. If you are interested -even thinking about- giving your voice to “ad Laudem et Gloria Dei” (to the praise and glory of God) please contact our choir director, Philip Crnkovich, at [email protected] or see him after Mass.
Additionally, since Mark Erb’s passing we are seriously in need of an organist. This would be a volunteer position but one need not commit to playing every Sunday.
We also are looking for a piano/keyboard player who can help out with practices/rehearsals. Anyone interested (or know of someone who could help out) can contact Philip Crnkovich at: [email protected]
Altar Server Training Workshop on Saturday, September 26th
10 – 11 a.m. Training for Older Servers (MC’s and Thurifers)
11 a.m. – 12 Noon Training for Younger Servers
Mr. Steve Shope will host an altar server training workshop on Saturday, September 26th at St. Joseph’s. Any young man who has received his First Holy Communion may serve. Requiem Mass for Mark Erb
