Monthly Potluck Social

Our next potluck social will be held after Mass today. Please bring a dish to share! Crockpots welcome! A good rule of thumb is to bring twice as much as is typically required to feed your own family.
Blessing of Sacramentals
Our next Blessing of Sacramentals will take place after Mass on Sunday, December 14.
Mass for the Immaculate Conception
Mass for the Immaculate Conception will be offered at 12 noon at St. Joseph’s on Monday, December 8.
Rorate Caeli Mass
A Solemn Rorate Caeli Mass will be held on Saturday, December 13th at 6:30 a.m. at St. Joseph’s.
This is a traditional Advent devotion wherein the Votive Mass of the Blessed Virgin Mary for Advent is offered just before dawn. Accompanied by candlelight in an otherwise dark church, the interplay of light and darkness speak to the meaning of Advent and the coming of the Light of the world.
The Mass takes its title, Rorate Caeli, from the first words of the Introit, which are from Isaiah 45:8:
Rorate, caeli, desuper, et nubes pluant justum, aperiatur terra, et germinet Salvatorem.
Drop down dew, ye heavens, from above, and let the clouds rain the just: let the earth be opened and bud forth a Saviour.
We hope you can join us to honor Our Lady in Advent at one of the most beautiful Masses of the year!
Christmas Novena of Masses
